Hawaii in 19 days... belly fat!
I have 19 days to become as “beach body” ready as I can. I was hoping to have a flatter tummy by now in time for my vacation. Any tips or ideas on what I can do for the next 19 days to get a little flatter? 😬 Photo attached is March 1 (197 lbs) vs June 24 (169 lbs)

Everywhere shrinks but lower belly
I’m down 22 lbs since March 1st. (I’m 5’8 & 175 lbs). I’ve gone down from size 12 to size 10 in jeans but my lower belly stays the same! 😭 Is there something specific I should be doing to lose the fat there? Or is this all genetic? It drives me crazy that the pouch still stays. (I’ve included a photo).

Do you care about macros the same as calories?
I have carbohydrate, protein, sodium, etc “goals”, but I never stick to them. For example, my carb goal is 125g a day or under but I ALWAYS go over & typically eat around 180-200g. Down 19lbs.. but where???
I’ve lost 19lbs since March 1st. Went from 197lbs and weighed in today @ 178lbs. I feel like my progress in terms of belly fat loss has been so slow. I’ve seen 6 week weight loss challenges with amazing results, and I get this after 8 weeks??? I’ve been consistently eating 1400 calories everyday (sometimes 1300-1500).…
