Weight lifters weigh in!!
I work hard to get 10,000 steps per day and want to stay in good cardio shape, so when I go to the gym to lift weights, I will alternate my free dumbbell sets with 10 minutes of cardio equipment like the elliptical. At the end I usually have 30-40 minutes of WLifting and 30 min of cardio. BUT, I notice that WLifting does…

Yo yo'er tired of the game! And advice welcome!
I'm a yo yo weight loser and gainer. I'm female 60 yrs and a healthy weight for me is anywhere between 135-140. I currently weight 151. I'm 158 and 58 yrs old. I've gotten down to 138 (so 20lbs feels doable) but i haven't been 133 since I was 22. Am I being…

Do I want to connect my Fitbit to MFP?
I'm sure this has been discussed before. But I'm new. I wear the charge HR2. I do not have it connected to MFP. If I did it would add calories and I'm not sure that I wouldn't go over my daily #'S as most people advise not eating back but a few of their exercise calories. So if you like it connected please tell why, if not…

Bread?
I know this is a silly question, but here it is. If my daily calories are 1320 and I include in the course of my day - 1/2 store bought bran muffin (220 cal) and with my dinner 2 oz Whole Foods organic ciabatta 110 cals - and these don't allow me to go above 1320, then can you see any reason not to eat them?
