My goal is to start to diet and workout again. I'm at 214 pounds (the most I have ever weighed) I'm going to try to lose around 35 pounds. I'm not getting any younger at 46 years old and now is the time that I gut up and make this change in my life.
Anyone here in a low fodmap diet? I'm new to this type of diet so please chime in with any pointers or suggestions. Thank you!
