Hi guys, so I synced this app to MFP and I walk around 4000 steps a day and the calories burned is showing up as like 300 or so. Isn't that way too much? is anyone else having difficulties with this app? Can someone suggest a better app to count steps?

Hey I'm super new here and I'm trying to get into the habit of eating healthy and working out. I find it easier when other people are on board to motivate each other and stay on track! Any tips from fellow students to juggle studies and fitness, cuz I struggle with over eating when I'm stressed :(
