Question about burned calories from boxing
Hi, I just started recording calories to lose weight and also joined Title Boxing Club in my area. Does anyone have any idea what to record for exercise/calories if I do the “power hour” boxing class? I know it will vary for body type etc, but ballpark ideas are welcome!! Thank u!
