Just losing. I’m just wary of mfp where they dropped my calories to 1200 and I’ve been stuck. I can go lower and from what I read/hear, 1200 is too low. I’ll check out what they recommend and see if it compares to any I’ve calculated. Thank u!

Trying to lose. I lost 35lbs and froze for months. Mfp has me down to 1200 caps which every nutritionist says is way to low. I was encouraged to count my macros but every macro calculator gives me ranges that aren’t even close.

It’s def the same place. I go 2 inches under my belly button and measure around that way. I do my waist as well which has lost inches. It’s only the abdomen that is not budging.

Thank u! So I won’t manually add my exercise, I’ll just assume it is being added. And I have been stuck for about 4 weeks at the same weight. Thank you so, so much for the advice. I was shy about going in person to talk with someone but it looks like that’s the smarter way to go. Especially because of the comments that knee pain may not be from my shoes! I will pay closer attention. And ty for that video, I will watch and learn

Thank u, it totally does. I just assume 400. It seems like the lowest number from what I have read. And if i Use the minimum I know I won’t over credit myself with calories burned. Given my weight (which is way over 142) and the effort I put into it, it has to be more than the 400. But I will use that to be safe. Just…
