Lifting weights and calories...
Hello Everyone! Do you add calories to your daily allowance for strength training? I have set up a goal to lose 1 lb a week and I am tracking calories - so for weight lifting - I'm just adding 300 calories for my whole weight lifting session... I do eat the calories I burn... What are your suggestions?

How do most users handle their sweet tooth? Do you rarely indulge or often? Or daily calories allotted to sweets ? Please share :)

The number on the scale
Why oh why doesn’t the number on the scale go down for me ? Sometimes I feel pretty comfortable with myself ... but whenever I see the number on the scale it always bothers me ... I wear a size 8 most places .. which is decent ... my weight is always between 145-150 but I would like it to be 135. Been trying for 2 years…

macros vs calories
Do a lot of people on MFP, track macros? I used to for a while, but I've gone back to tracking calories - and I can't decide which is more effective... anyone have any opinions? suggestions?
