Hi all, I am not new to MyFitnessPal as I have been using for more than a month now. Since i started my weight-loss journey 3 months ago, I lost 30KGs. That's about 10 per month. I create my own food plan, my own daily Protein/Carb/Fat intake and my own workout routines. Looking forward to make more friends on this web! :)
