Low carb macros
Does anyone have any good insight on a low carb diet and where a good percentage is for fat and protein. I typically tend to find protein easy to consume but I know it’s a tricky task to make sure everything is lined up appropriately and I want to do it right.

Hi y’all. Im very motivated to lose 30lbs. I’m 5”7 and 179 as of this am. I feel like I’d do so much better with support. People to bounce ideas and tips off of. I can’t seem to figure out how to do the ‘adding’ so people; please add me to create a weight goal village !

Motivation and friends
I’m desperately trying to lose this weight I’ve accumulated. I’m doing shakes and watching my calories. I’m drinking tons of water and doing squats, and sit up type stuff at home. I’m ultimately reaching of my previous “gym rat” lifestyle, but I’m afraid trying to go too hard too early will ultimately lead to another…
