Hello, I am trying to get into shape and trying to lose weight. I would like some help with some exercise routines and ways to stay on track. I would like to know some cardio, chest, arms, and full body workouts and routines. (Just FYI I do not have much exercise equipment at home besides a pull up bar.
I’m new to this, but I’m trying to set a goal and lose some weight. So if I get people to support or just help me stay on track that will be really helpful.
