Is there anyone here who needs to be careful because they've had an unhealthy relationship with food in the past (years ago) but now wants to lose weight in a healthy way? Do you find it hard not to binge or starve or whatever your disorder was?
Hello everyone! I'm newish, been on here for 15 days and lost 7lbs. I'm 6ft tall, started at 189lbs and I'm now 182. My goal is 160. I have a wedding dress fitting the middle of may and get married in Aug so may is my goal to lose 22lbs! I'm in need of some motivation and tips and tricks off you all please! X
