Do you just have to keep pushing yourself? I find it easy to go most of the day without food but then binge all my cals at once. It's hard to eat 2-3 meals a day for me x

I'm 6ft and started at 189lbs a couple of weeks ago I'm now 182 but my goal is 160ish x

Thank you, I think it was just the initial shock to the system that made me drop a lot in the first week (6lbs) the second week was just 1lb x
