I have been sticking to my goals here for the past 4 weeks, in the first two weeks I lost two pounds but in the last two I didn’t lose anything

I have been doing this for two weeks and only lost two pounds. I feel disheartened since I tried very hard, tracked everything and was under my caloric goal every day except one. I am unable to incorporate exercise yet..... anyone have any suggestions or help to keep me going?

Hi all, I am new to this app and still starting to figure it out. I am looking to lose a significant amount of weight to improve my health.
