Which is easier?
Is burning fat % or loosing lbs easier? Military accepts me at 155lb or 28% body fat. I'm at 175 and 35% body fat. I'm running alot and doing strength excerising. However I seen lbs go down but very little difference in body fat.

Loose 40lbs to join the Navy
Hello.guys my name is Gabbie I'm currently 5'3 183lbs, to join the Navy I need to be 152lbs. So I need to loose 31lbs to join. Of course my weigh fluctuates through the day so my goal is 145 with an aim for 143. So I'm sure I'm under that 152 mark. I just started January 2nd. Nice meeting u guys!
