Messed up today...
Started Monday with IF and just eating better overall. I did good and even lost 3.2 pounds. Today is Saturday and I just wasn’t ready lol. I did terrible with my eating and IF. I don’t know how you guys/gals do it with maintaining good habits everyday. I hope to be there with you soon. I’m starting back tomorrow morning…

Staying dedicated on the weekends...
Lost 3 pounds so far...lol. I’m feeling good about it but how do I stay on the straight and narrow in the weekends? That seems to be where temptation hits you the most.

Back to work...
Took a year off from posting but I’m getting back into the swing of things. Goal is to drop 50 pounds by January. Starting 1200-1500 calories a day w/IF(16 hours). Gotta get a jump start on my 12-pack for next Summer lol

IF 16/8 for a month so far...
I’ve been on the IF 16/8 plan for a month so far and I don’t think I’m leaving this plan for a while now. I’ve dropped 15 pounds and I’ve also been eating much better. I eat more vegetables and I no longer eat pork/red meat. I have a sandwich from Jimmy John’s here and there but I’m only human. Aside from coffee creamer…
