  • Connection...I’m not too sure. Instead of just doing the 16/8 plan, I decided to change my food choices also. I guess I wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. I break my fast with two bananas or oatmeal. Then around 3 I’ll have a salad and a protein. For dinner it’ll most likely be veggies and a protein or a “healthy bowl”…
