I’ve been on the IF 16/8 plan for a month so far and I don’t think I’m leaving this plan for a while now. I’ve dropped 15 pounds and I’ve also been eating much better. I eat more vegetables and I no longer eat pork/red meat. I have a sandwich from Jimmy John’s here and there but I’m only human. Aside from coffee creamer and Halo Top ice cream, my dairy intake is limited also. I just feel better. If you’re on the same journey let’s be supporters/motivators of one another. Currently at 349 looking to get down to 249 soon. I gotta get my 28 pack back for beach season lol. Let me know how your experience has been on the 16/8 plan and offer some tips/advice if you have any.

I used to eat all three meals within 6-8 hours, for a year or so, so I was "doing IF". My schedule has changed so I don't anymore. But I eat the same things. So I'm curious about the connection between your meal schedule and your food choices?

Connection...I’m not too sure. Instead of just doing the 16/8 plan, I decided to change my food choices also. I guess I wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. I break my fast with two bananas or oatmeal. Then around 3 I’ll have a salad and a protein. For dinner it’ll most likely be veggies and a protein or a “healthy bowl” from Chipotle. I usually finish it off with Some Halo Top or nothing at all. I first started this a challenge with a co-worker but after seeing the benefits I stuck with it. I’m still developing a long term plan with the nutritional aspect but it’s a work in progress. I hope that answered your question.
