Hey yall, I'm doing IF with a 16:8. Have any of yall seen significant results? I did it for about a week where I skipped dinner, but I've switched to skipping breakfast now. I then went on spring break and was and total glutton... I'm now about a week in. Feels great!!
Hey everyone, I've been trying to drop about 20 pounds since I was like 17. I'm 22 now. I've successfully managed to get down to 156. I started at 167-168. Ideally, I'm trying to get to 145.
