Back to square one.
Sigh. I lost 6pounds and was feeling great. I was exercising and eating well, still having occasional treats but under control. I then got sick and had no energy to exercise and ate lots of comfort food. I'm better now but the weight is back on and I just don't know how to start! I feel so helpless.

Under calories advice please
Hi, Bit of background info... My goal is 1200 calories. I have noticed that having 500+ calories remaining won't let me complete my diary as it is not recommended. So I will have some more food but my question is: How many calories can we be under to complete the diary for the day? Thanks in advance lovely community

I've had this app for about 3 years but never got as far as posting in a forum, so must be a good sign. I am just starting my fat loss journey. I have a holiday booked in April so using that as my initial goal to look and feel better in myself. Good luck on your journeys everyone.
