In fact - my hair and skin have improved so much already since making healthier lifestyle choices. My hair has actually grown! I'm rarely under 1200 cals, and if I am then I soon make up for it the next day.

Try to have some fun with it rather than getting stressed. You're most likely going to have a lot of slip ups in the beginning but it's ok as long as you get back on track and recognise a treat is acceptable. I find that my diet isn't the big problem, it was lack of exercise. Don't get me wrong, I still have treats and I know I can cut down there but I've only noticed a difference with losing weight and feeling better after continuous exercise.
