I downloaded this app years ago but never really used it, I’m serious now and want to give this a go along side my recently started gym regime. Friends welcome please I need all the help and motivation I can get and hopefully I too can help and motivate you thanks Sam ☺️

I'm similar in that I downloaded the app years ago. 2014 I think. It's quite depressing to look back and think that if I'd started then I could be really happy now. But it's happened. It's time to look forward and just think about why you're here. I never got as far as tracking all my food for a week or reading anything in the community forum, but I have this time and it's helped me so much already.

Feel free to send a friend request if you like (open invitation to all) - I try to keep the "why" I am doing this in front of me, try to find little ways each week to improve and truly embrace the idea of a journey versus short-term outcomes. We can learn a lot about who we are when we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings and can use them to our advantage in what ever goal areas we have. Hope you all have a great week!1
