Hi everyone,

Just sat here with the urge to keep eating even though I've just had my breakfast. (Low sugar gronola, fatfree yoghurt, chia seeds, blueberrys and honey, FOLLOWED by a nectarine)
It was very filling. I'm not hungry. I'm bored.

So what I did was start thinking about the holiday I have coming up in April and visualising the way I'd like to look and feel for it. The kind of outfits I'd like to wear and the confidence I want to have.
I then scrolled through instagram and Pinterest and now I'm not bored, I'm excited.
I'm excited about maintaining by discipline to get results. I'm excited to learn new recipes and learning the nutritional benefits of foods. I'm excited to share my journey with others and be motivated from this community.

Today was my first weigh in since starting (again...) and I've lost 2 pounds! Even after a bit of a boozy weekend.

Thinking about why I started is my biggest motivation. I hope this helps someone.

Cheerio

Your breakfast sounds filling (personally I would go full fat on the yoghurt - fat does not make us fat). Having a variety each day will stop you feeling bored, today it was granola etc, maybe tomorrow you could have eggs/toast or porridge with fruit/nuts. Same goes for lunches and dinners, try new recipes, keep it varied.

Well done on your loss. Keep up the good work.

I am very rushed in the morning so this is the breakfast I keep at work for the week and I really enjoy it. I don't think I could stomach veggies in the morning but everyone's different

I find that my diet isn't the big problem, it was lack of exercise. Don't get me wrong, I still have treats and I know I can cut down there but I've only noticed a difference with losing weight and feeling better after continuous exercise. At the moment I'm really enjoying YouTube for ideas. Popsugar fitness and The Body Coach. Such variety and differentiation! Have fun

I find eating breakfast makes me hungry. If I don't eat it then I don't get hungry until the afternoon.

Saves all my calories for later in the day.
