No, control!!! I’m still under my calories. Just craving chocolate. Over indulged will watch myself the rest of the night and tomorrow. Tomorrow is my rest day. I’m ready for it. When at gym I found more machines I’m syked!!!

First Day
:) did alright for my first day & time ever doing a calorie counting diet. Still want over just need to figure all this counting stuff out. Tomorrow working out is a major goal. Slow & study is how I’m starting. B)
