:) did alright for my first day & time ever doing a calorie counting diet. Still want over just need to figure all this counting stuff out. Tomorrow working out is a major goal. Slow & study is how I’m starting. B)

    Slow and steady is how I'm still taking it lol I've been on my weight loss journey since September 18,2017 and I'm down 33.4 lbs . I sent u a friend request! Hope we can motivate each other!
