Changing from Ideal Protein "back to normal eating"
I am back on myfitnesspal after doing Ideal Protein for about 10 months. I am trying to find the right balance to continue to keep the weight off, continue to tone (I now go to the gym 4x/week and have a trainer 1x/wk) and hopefully lose this last 10-15 lbs. It's a struggle to change my mindset from "all protein, all day"…
