Changing from Ideal Protein "back to normal eating"

I am back on myfitnesspal after doing Ideal Protein for about 10 months. I am trying to find the right balance to continue to keep the weight off, continue to tone (I now go to the gym 4x/week and have a trainer 1x/wk) and hopefully lose this last 10-15 lbs. It's a struggle to change my mindset from "all protein, all day" to having more options. Anyway, good luck to everyone on here w/ whatever your goals are.

I reached my goal weight on Ideal Protein in November. I applaud you for going to the gym so often. I need to find some sort of exercise that will keep my interest. I am not the type to just go to the gym! Exercise has to be fun!!0
