A bit of a noob
Happy Wednesday all. I’m from the UK and I have a couple of stone to lose. I’m quite new to calorie counting, as I’ve always just eaten what I want (hence the extra weight!) I have tried diet plans like slimming world or weight watchers - which are hard to stick too as it’s very limiting and that just doesn’t work for me…

Asda red fruits special flakes cereal
Quick question! My scales have broken. I have had 2 (measuring) cup fulls of this for breakfast - can anyone figure out how many calories this is? There are 228 cals in 60g if this helps. Much appreciated! Thanks xx
