Do more research on intermittent fasting. Count your calories. Learn to eat well and in moderation. Learn to do something that you can stick with the rest of your life.0

I do IF just because I don't like breakfast. I don't eat after 8pm and start eating after 12pm. There is nothing special about IF for weight loss unless it helps you maintain a deficit by keeping your feeding window more narrow.0
