Is anyone eating 1600-1800 calories a day n losing weight which includes exercise? Iv just used the tdee calculator n this is what it came out with but it seems too many calories? I do exercise at high intensity during the week. Is this realistic for my height I’m currently 9st looking to get to 8st.
