Sorry my calories for losing weight are 1600 this is not my maintenance calories. I’m eating 1600 per day to lose weight and I’m active.

I can’t see why 1600 would be my maintenance calories? I’m fairly active and do include weight training. I would say my maintenance calories at my current weight are over 2000 as that was how I was eating before. Il weigh in on Saturday and see what happens but I really do think my weight just have decreased even slightly…

Im 5ft 1.5 :) I'm 124 looking to get to 112. Regardless of exercise I eat total of 1500 calories per day and do my best to not go over. What works for me is filling up on veg with meals,homemade lentil soup or a salad of some sort for lunch, a breakfast no more than 300 calories. I incorporate an alcoholic drink every day…

I've been trying to eat 1300 calories on and off for a while but I end up going on a binge and constantly restarting, then giving up again. I'm 5ft 2 so yes I am small but I'm certainly not starving myself, either way if you're not hungry then why would you force yourself to eat more? However if you are male then it's certainly too low.

I eat 1300 calories per day and I'm not starving myself. I don't eat exercise calories back either and I exercise every day. You should only eat when your hungry, over eating is what probably brought you here in the first place so why force yourself to eat more?

Im not eating exercise calories back I started off at 129lbs currently at 125lbs. I aim to be 112lbs. I have set my diary at 1400 calories a day. I eat protein at every meal to keep me full.
