I work some ODD hours, and I have gotten into the habit of exercising when I can. When I can't do the gym, I've discovered a LOT of ways to exercise at work during breaks or at lunch/dinner time. Just showered and looked in the mirror!
No pics for this, but I took a shower after a long day, and then walked over to the mirror. I then realized, I no longer have "moobs"! My man boobs are standing on their own, and no droop or sag! 6 months ago, I was at least a C cup! I'm also seeing some definition in my arms! They weights are working! Yeah, I'm excited!
