Scale is not moving.
I have been trying to loose for about 3 months, scale hasn't moved but I dropped 12 % body fat. Is this good? Also how can I start loosing LBS on the scale? I track my food intake and workout mostly every day. I do cardio and heavy weights, should I stop and do straight cardio to shred weight first? Need some good advice.…

Scale is still not moving.
I have worked out for 4 weeks straight. I have got stronger but measurements and weight are not changing. Started tracking my food 2 weeks ago and have been good , just Feeling frustrated...any advise?

Scale is not moving.
Been non stop in the gym for about 2 seeks and list about 2 lbs. Any advice would help.
