I have been trying to loose for about
3 months, scale hasn't moved but I dropped 12 % body fat. Is this good? Also how can I start loosing LBS on the scale? I track my food intake and workout mostly every day. I do cardio and heavy weights, should I stop and do straight cardio to shred weight first? Need some good advice. Thanks.

A couple of things, firstly are your scales working? Have you tried some other ones? Secondly 12% BF is huge...you should be massively proud and I should imagine your clothes feel super lose now? Personally I wouldn't worry about the scales unless you need to ride a horse in the Grand National. It is about being fit and healthy. Taking of 12% BF will definitely be in the right direction for that. You obviously have built a lot of muscle at the same time which is a great thing.1
