trying to lose weight --was counting calories and portion size---doctor told me to look into keto but now I am more confused---what else is there ---starting some exercises and walking also--feel light headed and have headaches ---not diabetic---
I need to loose weight since I have been laid off from work due to arthritis in my knees ---I have gained weight since oct of last year as I am not as active any more. Hope this helps with keeping me motivated
