The scale is a liar and not a great reflection of over all health, I know this. I had a very active weekend, for a change, I helped a buddy move so I was busy working and not eating. I jumped on the scale Monday morning it told me I was down 4 pounds maybe 6 depending how I calculate it. I figured it was just water weight…
So this time I am looking into getting a smartwatch to track my steps, but wait there's more! These things track BP, Sleep, activity, a u've been sitting to long mode, ect........ Dang, that's cool. But which one is a good CHEAP one <$45?
