Day 27 and 9 kg / 19.8 lb weight reduction
Today marks the 27th day of my eating fresh, raw Fruit and Vegetables only. Weight has reduced from 91kg to 82kg.... (9 kg total.. or 19.8 lb) No Bread, No Pasta, No Rice... No Carbs... Well thats not exactly true.. The only Carbs im taking in are unprocessed carbos from Fruit and Vegetables. The only Protein is coming…
