Today marks the 27th day of my eating fresh, raw Fruit and Vegetables only.
Weight has reduced from 91kg to 82kg.... (9 kg total.. or 19.8 lb)
No Bread, No Pasta, No Rice... No Carbs... Well thats not exactly true.. The only Carbs im taking in are unprocessed carbos from Fruit and Vegetables.
The only Protein is coming from plant based forms, ie: Beans.
Planning on introducing Proteins over the next few weeks.

Not sure losing nearly 20lb in one month is very healthy, especially when you do not have a lot to lose.
Have I read this right, you have eaten nothing but fruit and veg for nearly a month? - that is not a balanced diet.2 -
Congrats on your loss and will power, how long do you plan to maintain this diet? as the ppl above have said it's seems harsh.0
