Every time I work out I get 10 minutes in and i feel like im dying. Advice on keeping your breath or not feeling like your muscles are immediately cramped?
I am 4 months postpartum from baby #2. The first month and a half i put in no effort to losing weight and dropped from 171-150. Since then i have begun working out 3-6.
