Too much protein
I am able to keep my daily calories, fat and sugar intact. But quite often I am over for protein. Is that something to be concerned about? Are nuts too high in fat?
Are cashews a good source of protein even though they are high in fat? I only have 23 post work out which is one serving size Or is there a better nut? Or should I just avoid all!

Need some suggestions
I have been consuming around 1400 to 1500 calories daily and working out at least an hour a day. My workout consists of half cardio burning roughly 350 calories a day plus 6000 to 8000 steps as well as machines. The first two weeks I lost a total of six pounds. Now I’m staying the same.
