  • Do you like cottage cheese? If I want something sweet, I’ll have a half cup of fat free cottage cheese mixed with a tablespoon of sugar free orange marmalade and ten fresh raspberries. It’s so good and low calories, low fat and low sugar. Plus a good source of protein

  • I lost six pounds in three weeks then the next two weeks stayed the same. I very rarely eat back the calories burned and usually my total calories used are around 1000 with the extra calories gained from working out.
