Need some suggestions

I have been consuming around 1400 to 1500 calories daily and working out at least an hour a day. My workout consists of half cardio burning roughly 350 calories a day plus 6000 to 8000 steps as well as machines. The first two weeks I lost a total of six pounds. Now I’m staying the same. What gives? I’ve been tracking everything to make sure my calories, fat grams and sugar are below what’s recommended. I was hoping to loose ten pounds by now.

What is "by now", how long? Your food diary isn't open. Are you weighing everything? Focus on that, and hitting calorie target, not sugar and fat, and don't eat back more than 50% of your exercise calories.1

The scale is not always your friend while dieting. Your body can shift 5-7 lbs in a single day for a variety of reasons most of which are related to water retention. You may well have lost 10 lbs of fat but the scale can't differentiate. It can also be related to constipation that some people go through when their body tries to cover for less calories being consumed. Our bodies can be resistant to change, even when that change is good for us, and it will do everything it can, initially, to maintain the status quo.

I lost six pounds in three weeks then the next two weeks stayed the same. I very rarely eat back the calories burned and usually my total calories used are around 1000 with the extra calories gained from working out.0

Water, you lost a lot of water to begin with. Now you have to ensure calories are managed ACCURATELY and wait for your body fluids to stabilize in this new diet/exercise regime.0

Thanks. Gonna keep at it. Eventually I k I will see the numbers decrease on the scale.0

This is soooo common. First few weeks some nice losses, then it screeches to a halt and people give up. Ive had variations of seven pounds from day to day, but there is no way that was fat, and its fat you actually need to lose. Keep moving, keep going and you will see the changes. All thats happening is you are gaining muscle and losing fat and some of that weight is water. You could be retaining water for the next three weeks, but losing fat and gaining muscle all the time, then you would see a big drop in weight but if you don't stick at it you wont know. Theres times I never lost a pound, but i dropped a jeans size at the same time. Don't be too obsessed with the scales, its hard I know, but scales don't tell you the full picture.2
