Hey guys! Just started with my fitness pal and I’m super excited to start using this app because I’ve heard a lot of great things! I’ve played sports most of my life but a sports injury in college knocked me off track so here I am trying to get back into shape!
Has anyone done intermittent fasting??? I’ve recently started it and it’s proving to be quite difficult. I think it’s good for cutting bad habits but the time period you give yourself to eat is what I’m finding super difficult. Thoughts???
