Work vs No work
So Ive experienced with this 1200 calorie journey that it is easy on work days vs non-work days. The reason being on work days i walk over 10k steps which adjusts my calorie intake. Along with my cross training workouts n my steps my calories adjusts a good 600 to 700 and im pretty satisfied. On non workdays

Does anyone give themselves a cheat meal? If so, what and how often?

Weighing portions
So Wow, I'm on my week 2 of calorie counting. I was a bit confused with how to weigh my pasta. I just learned that I'm supposed to weigh my dry pasta first then cook and weigh again due to the water weight will throw the original weight off. So I have been shorting myself.... :(
