And I've only lost 1 pound I'm eating less and running more i don't understand ?? My fitness pal calorie's burned or............
So when you put in your fitness do you go off of say treadmill, bike, elliptical etc says or do you go off my fitness pal's ?? This morning i did the stationary bike and the bike said 105 burned but my fitness pal said 300 So which would you use? Thanks Michelle:wink:
