Battling Meniere’s, tracking meals religiously!
Hey! Just got started with MFP to help track meals and exercise in the hopes of gaining some insight and control over my Meniere’s. One thing is clear...man, my sodium was out of sight - 4400mg for a guy who needs to be 1500-2000mg. Over past few days I’ve kept it 2000 or lower with help of MFP!
