AppleWatch Steps Cal Burned? Question
Hiya I'm new! So I'm trying to set everything up and understand. I have the MFP App on my Apple Phone. I also have a Apple Watch. Both and sync'd up together. So, if I wear my watch and gave my phone in my pocket while I go for a walk.. it will count my steps and calories burned and it will keep tract in MFP app? Correct?
