Lost Motivation
Hello! I’m finding it hard to keep my same energy and motivation regarding my “journey”. I’ve lost 26lbs since March 2018 and I feel as if ive started to slow down and sink back into some of my old habits. Has this happened to you? Do you have any suggestions or tips?
