Lost Motivation

Hello!

I’m finding it hard to keep my same energy and motivation regarding my “journey”. I’ve lost 26lbs since March 2018 and I feel as if ive started to slow down and sink back into some of my old habits.

Has this happened to you? Do you have any suggestions or tips?

(I’m not accepting friend requests, currently)

    Weight loss slows down as you lose weight, it's unavoidable. Do you like your old habits more than your new ones?

    Focus on weekly progress. ANY progress is good progress! I weigh-in weekly and my motivation is to lose 20 more lbs. (I’m down 23 lbs in 6 weeks). Reach out if you wanna chat
