Help/advice appreciated
Im 6'7. 290. My goal is to get down to 220. Right now im on an outdated eating plan from the 90s. Its got me at around 1k calories which isnt hard to achieve, i just dont think its healthy. Ive been on it for a week and im to the point where i can barely reach 700 calories a day. I feel like i should be up around 1500-2k…
