I’m back on my weight loss journey. I did good today, but what sends me back into mayhem is my work stress levels. I worked on cleaning at home, which helps, but I want to be making consistent progress every day. I bought groceries to be prepared for the coming week.

Weight/Eating Struggle
I have this cyclic action occurring where I start eating because I’m depressed over my boyfriend’s situation or how the house isn’t cleaned. My boyfriend has been emotionally depressed and has physical issues along with dealing with his mom’s death. I’ve had to carry him through and it has been hard!!!

Mental Challenge!
Does anyone experience the challenge of thinking that because you worked out and ate good one day that you can do what you want the next day? I’ve been up and down because of this mental challenge. I know I have to continue each day in the same way to lose weight, but I feel so restricted.

I just recently joined this app. I was on Noom, but it got too expensive. I work a full time job as a manager for a store. I do YouTube videos. I’m working on my degree in metaphysics. I love Instagram and photography. I’m working on writing a book. My goal is to get down to 170 lbs.
